The brief
Bringing the whole clinic into one clear website
Silsden Osteopathy has been treating patients on Kirkgate since 2014. As the clinic grew (a second osteopath, one-to-one Reformer Pilates and a wider range of complementary therapies), the website needed to grow with it.
- 01Modernise the existing website
- 02Improve the experience on mobile
- 03Make treatments and services easier to understand
- 04Properly represent the wider practitioner team
- 05Give Reformer Pilates its own place on the site
- 06Integrate online booking through Cliniko
- 07Strengthen the structure and local SEO foundations
Before the rebuild
A site that had grown over time
The existing Wix site had grown page by page and no longer reflected the full clinic offering. It was built around a single osteopath, treatments were explained through a set of FAQ-style pages, and newer services such as Reformer Pilates weren’t represented in the navigation.
- Content structure
- Key information was spread across FAQ pages and a sidebar list of questions.
- Service hierarchy
- Osteopathy, Pilates and other therapies each needed a clear, separate home.
- Practitioner presentation
- The About page introduced one osteopath; the team had since grown.
- Booking journey
- Booking needed to be visible and consistent from every page.
- Mobile presentation
- The rebuild needed to feel as considered on a phone as on a desktop.

Before & after
Same clinic. A clearer structure.
The new homepage introduces the clinic, its treatments, its practitioners and online booking from the first screen, with the same treatment photography given more room and a clearer hierarchy.

Both views show the top of the homepage at a 1440px desktop width.

The new site creates a more consistent experience across desktop and mobile. Scroll inside each frame to see the full homepage.

The outcome
Every part of the clinic, given room to breathe
The result is a clearer, more polished website that gives each part of the clinic room to breathe, while making it easier for visitors to understand treatments, meet the practitioners and book online.
The redesign gave the expanding range of services and practitioners a clearer structure, one with room for new services and team members as the clinic continues to grow.
