A renewable energy website built to win enquiries

Corex Energy Solutions needed a website that could explain heat pumps, solar PV, EV charging and government grant funding in plain English, build trust against larger national competitors, and turn visitors into quote requests.

The brief

A website as ambitious as the company’s goals

Corex Energy Solutions is a West Yorkshire renewable energy company helping homeowners and businesses cut carbon emissions and energy bills. It installs air source heat pumps, solar PV, EV chargers, new boilers and underfloor heating, much of it funded through the government’s ECO4 scheme.

The challenge

A crowded market and a complicated offer

Renewable energy is a crowded space, with larger national installers competing for the same homeowners. Corex also needed to explain several different services and a government grant scheme that many people had never heard of.

Several services
Heat pumps, solar, EV charging, boilers and underfloor heating each needed a clear explanation of its own.
Grant funding
The ECO4 scheme wasn’t being put to work online, even though many homeowners could qualify.
National competition
Larger national companies were competing for the same local searches.
Trust
Homeowners needed to see accreditations and a real local company before asking for a quote.
