- Hostinger — our web hosting provider, who store the data submitted via the contact form on their servers.
- Google reCAPTCHA — used to protect our contact form from spam. Google may process data you submit. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- WP Mail SMTP — used to send email notifications when you submit the contact form.

Enquiry emails are retained in our inbox for up to 2 years. If you become a client, your project information is retained for up to 6 years for accounting purposes, in line with HMRC requirements.
